Hiro

HIRO is a ten-seat omakase restaurant hosted by former Nobu head chef Hiromi Wada. The 10-course tasting menu features hand-rolled sushi, wagyu beef burgers, crispy rice with salmon ceviche, yellowtail new-style sashimi and much more - with vegetables and sauces inspired by their kitchen garden.

Like the restaurant environment, the word mark has been kept clean and paired back whilst the picture-mark is a watercolour iteration of the large fossil adorning the restaurant wall. Other branding elements include blind embossed tree rings and watercolour tide marks taking inspiration from Japanese art and the philosophy of wabi-sabi.
